Butterflies & Other Photography

This is a photo of a beautiful butterfly I had taken at the butterfly sanctuary in March. I got up close to some rare butterflies and I had a great time taking many different photos.

On a different note this week will be a hectic one with many things to finish & a short film in the making :)

The Days Of Spring

This week has been a slow yet sunny one, we bought a new extended (pink) leash for Bella, received pretty gifts from Canada & went to a petting zoo (a stinky one too)

Bella enjoyed her presents & I enjoyed mine. The photographs shown are of the donkey I met walking into this petting zoo (he/she had followed us everywhere)

Today was a beautiful day & it definitely felt like spring. Tonight I will finish watching this snow called Doctor Who

Lazy Sunday

I've been grooming Bella every morning for the past 3 days now and she looks stunning.  Today we are all lazy, sleeping or just relaxing (always on a sunday). Yesterday we had a lot of friends come over for a birthday party and she was adored by all. More pictures to come!

Enjoy your weekend and check out this youtube channel:

I have been sick for the past 2 weeks.Bella & my gunny have been my support during that time. I have been teaching myself around and found some neat topics discussed on the blogs (which I need to follow)

Why a Bichon Frise?

I have had some people ask me why the Bichon Frise and firstly why not?
they are amazing and I'm sure most or all of the Bichon owners would agree with me.

I chose the bichon according to my living situation and family member  (small children, allergic family members and so on)

The few things I did not quite expect was the amount of love they give and desperately seek, not to mention the attention they so love.

I also learnt that they love to be in your face and go EVERYWHERE with you. Separation anxiety is a common thing with them, so teach them while their young to stay home alone.
Bichons are highly sensitive to loud noises, screaming, banging or anything physical or loud.

Begin all the necessary teaching early because they can be very potty stubborn and lazy if you let them.

I started teaching Bella the moment she entered my home at almost 9 weeks, she knew her name. At that point I knew I had a smart girl and almost 5 years later she definitely proved that.

My Bichon Frise T-Shirt

It's monday & the weather isn't so pleasant, however I did manage to finish a t-shirt design today to share. The t-shirt says it all.. and yes us Bichon owners spoil them very much!
We cannot help, but give to their needs and love them unconditionally.

Some Bichon Frise facts for today:

Other than that enjoy :)

Happy Friday

Happy friday everyone!
Today I feel motivated to upload and share my older artworks & photographs that I had taken.
I enjoy working with people during the photograph sessions but, dogs to me are far more easier to photograph. Dogs brighten up a photograph and draw a lot of attention from dog owners or even cat owners.

To my cat lovers I will be adding new cat art to my collection soon (I'm not the best at drawing cats).
If you would like to see other art or request art please contact me at here directly as I cannot access my email at this point.

also I have began a group on facebook called"Guiding Helpless Pets Home"
Please join and/or share the dogs that are desperately seeking a forever home to spend their lives in.

As you will understand soon enough my blog will be about multiple things or stuff I feel the need to share.

As for now Happy friday, Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!
See you monday!
